About This Class

Designed to introduce new students to essential BJJ concepts, positions, terminology and conditioning. Class features small group instruction in a relaxed but directed atmosphere. There is no sparring in this class. Blue belts and up, please check out all levels and advanced BJJ on the schedule. Required for all beginners with less than 6 months BJJ/grappling experience. (Gi required)
