About This Class

Born on the streets of Brazil, Luta Livre/No-Gi encompasses grappling concepts from BJJ, catch wrestling and Judo without the gi. Traditional (armlock, chokes, shoulder locks etc.) as well as non-traditional submissions (neck, spine, leg attacks) are covered. This is a required class for students with aspirations in competitive No Gi/submission grappling or MMA. Open to 2 stripe white belts and above, and by instructor approval. (Wear t-shirt and shorts. Rash guard recommended)
