About This Class

Arsenal Wrestling Club is an intensive introduction to the world of wrestling (fundamentals of folkstyle, freestyle and greco-roman) This program is great for those interested in sharpening their wrestling skills in the off-season as well as fighters/athletes looking to add elements of wrestling to their game . Classes consist of technique, drilling, conditioning and sparring. Coach Isaiah McDougal, Midway University 2022 National Qualifier 3X State Qualifier 3X All Huntsville City 2018 State Runner Up Athletic attire. Fight shorts, t-shirt are required while singlets and wrestling shoes are optional. Mouth guard recommended.
