About This Class

Arsenal Wrestling is an introduction to the fundamentals of folkstyle, freestyle and greco-roman wrestling. This program is great for those interested in sharpening their wrestling skills in the off-season as well as fighters looking to add elements of wrestling to their arsenal. Classes consist of technique, drilling, conditioning and sparring. Coach Isaiah McDougal, Midway University 2022 National Qualifier 3X State Qualifier 3X All Huntsville City 2018 State Runner Up Athletic attire. Fight shorts and wrestling shoes are optional. Mouth guard recommended.
