About This Class

Arsenal Kids Striking is centered around the fundamentals of Kickboxing (Muay Thai), Karate & Boxing while having fun and making friends. We focus on skill acquisition, self-discipline, and all-around leadership through instruction, drills, and pad work. All while stressing strategic thinking and the importance of maintaining good physical health and conditioning. Classes consist of a new technique, variations on proper execution, and form in a safe and fun group environment.
