About This Class

Arsenal Kids BJJ is centered around the appreciation of the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while having fun and making friends. We focus on conflict resolution, self-defense and all-around leadership while learning BJJ through games, drills and competition. We stress strategy and the importance of maintaining good physical health and conditioning. Classes consist of a new technique, variations on proper execution and form in a safe and fun small group environment.
