About This Class

Intermediate BJJ builds on the foundation in the Beginners course introduces students to the more positions, submissions, concepts strategies , as well as live sparring. The curriculum includes technical instruction, drilling and sparring (required). This is a required class for student promotion as well as for those with BJJ/grappling competition aspirations.
