About This Class

Youth Program is centered around the appreciation of the fundamentals of MMA including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling and boxing while building self confidence, discipline, Health and citizenship through physical fitness . We stress strategy as well as mental toughness while exposing students to the king of martial arts . Classes consist of a new technique, variations on proper execution and form in a safe and fun small group environment.
