About This Class
This class covers the basics of grappling & striking within the rules of MMA. Submissions, set-ups, escapes, and transitions will be the focus of the class. This is an active sparring class. A protective mouth guard and MMA gloves are required. Must have at least 4 months of training experience or instructor permission.
