Fight Fit Bootcamp combines training elements from our BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai and wrestling programs into a fast-paced full-body workout focused on building strength and conditioning.

Coach Garrett is an U.S. Army veteran, fitness and life coach. He specializes in strength training, nutrition and conditioning for combat sport athletes, first responders and military.

This bootcamp is great for beginners in combat sports, skilled athletes and anyone looking to improve their health through strength training and conditioning.

No uniform. MMA gloves recommended.
