Womens' Self Defense Challenge: Crucible

The FInal Challenge awaits

 You've trained learned and grown over the laat 7 weeks now lets test it out.

 Our Staff has developed a series of Scenario based drills and games to help cap off this event. No prior experience needed!

Whether your goal is to get in better shape or know you can defend yourself if you ever need to, this challenge provides a supportive environment  to motivate and empower you. You'll gain physical and inner strength, make new friends, and start the New Year off with a new sense of confidence. 

The program kicks off at 9am  on March 2nd. Excited see everyone.
