About the Event
We are excited to partner with wellness coach, Tasha Edwards to bring Saturday morning Yoga back to Arsenal Combat Sports Club. This class is beginner friendly and great for all levels. Tasha focuses on how to incorporate stretching and deep breathing into your wellness routine. She takes us through a gentle series of poses to a soulful playlist.
Tasha Edwards is a public speaker, yoga and pilates instructor, and a board-certified health and wellness coach. Her mission is to make wellness more accessible to everyone.

What is Yoga?
Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. Yoga uses slow movements and deep breathing to increase blood flow and warm up muscles while holding poses to build strength and focus. Yoga improves balance, flexibility and helps with soreness and injury recovery.
