P3 Combatives Course: Self Defense that works! A course designed to teach techniques to protect yourself when accessing your tools ( firearm, weapons etc) may be difficult or impossible. No martial arts experience required. You'll learn:
How to create distance and avoid potential attacks (Armed and unarmed)
Safe ways to break holds or grabs and get away
Falling and rolling safely if taken to the ground
Basic punches, kicks and other strikes to defend yourself
Getting up from the ground safely if knocked down
