P3 Combatives Course

P3 Combatives Course: Self Defense that works! A  course designed to teach techniques to protect yourself when accessing your tools ( firearm, weapons etc)  may be difficult or impossible. No martial arts experience required. You'll learn:

• How to create distance and avoid potential attacks (Armed and unarmed)
• Safe ways to break holds or grabs and get away
• Falling and rolling safely if taken to the ground
• Basic punches, kicks and other strikes to defend yourself
• Getting up from the ground safely if knocked down
• Disengaging and escaping if unable to access your firearm/weapon.
•  Defending against strikes on the ground or clinch  
• Denying an attacker weapon access 
•  Proper role of “fighting dirty”  
• Multiple opponents 
•  Essential training principles, methods, and drills  
• Dealing with the sucker punch/ambush  
• Fundamentals of the clinch 

The focus is on building a simple but effective real world lifestyle around self defense.
