About the Event

P3 Combatives Course: Self Defense that works! A proven course designed to teach techniques to protect yourself  when accessing your firearm may be difficult or impossible. No martial arts experience required. You'll learn:

  • How to create distance and avoid potential attacks (Armed and unarmed)
  • Safe ways to break holds or grabs and get away
  • Falling and rolling safely if taken to the ground
  • Basic punches, kicks and other strikes to defend yourself
  • Getting up from the ground safely if knocked down
  • Disengaging and escaping if unable to access your firearm/weapon.

The focus is on simple, effective techniques to avoid injury and escape a dangerous situation. All fitness levels welcome.
